Start the conversation.
The first step is simple.
- Listen.
- Ask difficult questions.
- Challenge assumptions.
- Refine ideas.
- Learn from one another.
- Pray together.
This conversation must include people with different experiences, different perspectives, and different responsibilities.
Not to convince one another.But to seek God's direction together.
02Step 2
Build a community of builders.
We need people who are willing to build.
We need people who understand theology and mission, church life and administration, governance and finance, technology and design, communication and community building.
Just as importantly, we need people who are willing to support.
Not everyone writes code. Not everyone develops governance.
Some pray. Some mentor. Some connect people. Some ask the difficult questions. Some simply encourage others to continue.
Some will build systems. Others will build trust, understanding, relationships, prayer support, and momentum. Both are essential.

Build together.
Once a healthy community begins to emerge, we can start building the two foundations that make everything else possible.
Recognize what we do.
A transparent framework for recognizing contributions, coordinating collaboration, and ensuring that value is acknowledged fairly and openly.
These are not products.
They are the foundations upon which many different solutions can be built.

Enable a new generation of collaboration.
Once these foundations exist, they can support many different kinds of initiatives.

Everyone who believes the mission is greater than themselves.
We need representation from church institutions, independent ministries, local congregations, and lay people across generations, cultures, professions, and life experiences.
