These protocols are proposed public infrastructure. They will evolve through documented questions, evidence, experiments, criticism, and change history—not hidden discretion.

Values and Compliance Protocol

Establish visible, reviewable confidence that a participant adheres to defined values, beliefs, ethical practices, and accountability expectations.

No protocol can certify faithfulness, eliminate bias, or calculate a person's inherent value. The aim is a more transparent, reviewable process whose limits and tradeoffs are explicit.

Make contribution visible and support transparent allocation of recognition, influence, access, and financial rewards.

Governance and appeals

Material decisions should identify the applicable rule, evidence considered, responsible decision-makers, conflicts of interest, outcome, review date, and route to appeal. Protocol revisions should publish a version, rationale, contributor acknowledgements, and change history.
